1. Booking and Delivery

All bookings are subject to vendor availability. We strive for on-time delivery but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Smart Sump Service

IoT devices are installed by our certified technicians. Auto-booking requires a sufficient wallet balance. We are not responsible for water wastage due to plumbing issues on your premises.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party gateways. Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

4. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for fraudulent activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

Safin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

We stand behind the quality of our water and service. Here's how refunds work:

1. Delivery Quality Issues

If you're unsatisfied with water quality (e.g., contamination, unusual taste), raise a complaint within 2 hours of delivery. We will investigate and either send a replacement tanker or issue a full refund.

2. Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery is delayed by more than 30 minutes beyond the committed window, you are eligible for a 10% discount on your next booking. For delays exceeding 1 hour, we offer a partial refund equal to 25% of the booking value.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

4. Smart Sump Hardware

IoT hardware comes with a 1-year warranty. If the device malfunctions, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Refunds for the hardware are only available within 15 days of installation.

5. How to Claim

Contact us at hello@safin.in with your booking ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
